We’re not just passionate about the service and standards we provide, but also the future and training for the future with over 80% of our team been brought up through our training and apprenticeship programmes.

This has served us repeatedly with providing the dedicated individual equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to meet the the exceptional service and quality we demand.

Over 80% of our current workforce have progressed through our training scheme. Through the scheme we have been able to identify, nuture and develop excellent relationships with strategic Key colleges and training bodies to allow us to cherry pick the best possible individuals available, in order to maintain and secure the quality and service we demand.

All our engineers are Gassafe registered and trained in the relevant Health and safety qualifications, Our supervisors hold a minimum of (CITB) Site supervisors’ safety training scheme, and on larger projects (CITB) Site Management Safety Training Scheme.
