We want to hear from you,  you reaching out and making contact to discuss your future goes a lot further than your parents contacting us on your behalf.
Application Form- This is our first impression of you,  take your time,   make sure you complete all the sections,  check your spelling and make sure that you fill it all out.  Its really obvious when you get someone else to complete it and then you sign it.

Use the form to sell yourself,  stand out from the crowd,  we like to hear about your achievements, Duke of Edinburgh, football coaching, paper rounds,  all of these things show that you already possess skills we are looking for.

Please don’t use AI,  yes its good and really easy to get it to do it all for you but its also really obvious,  we get 100s of application forms and those that have used Chat GPT go to the bottom of the pile,  Same for Copy and paste,  if your copying and pasting into your application form please check the details are correct.

If your application form meets all of our criteria, then we will invite you in for an interview. We have head offices in Oxford and Devizes, you will complete an aptitude test,  which is to ensure that you are working at the right level to achieve a level 3 qualification, we don’t want to set anyone up to fail.

Work experience and college courses are a really good thing to have,  this shows us that you are committed and have had some experience in the trade you want to pursue.

For our Electrical Apprenticeships, you would have to have completed a year at college on a full-time Electrical course.

Maths and English is really important, and it is a requirement of all of our Apprenticeships that you hold a grade 4 or above in both Maths and English Language.

When attending your interview,  its important that you arrive on time,  we interview all day and you being late has a knock-on effect to all the other candidates that day. If there is an issue, call ahead to let us know.

Dress Smart, don’t chew gum, you're more than welcome to bring notes/ take notes and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
